Anything a traveller would have needed to know.

A page that is wrong, out of date, or contradicts what you found on the ground. A link here that no longer works, or now points somewhere different. A rule, price, station, entrance or procedure that changed since the check date shown on the page. A question a page should answer for a first-time traveller but does not.

If you are reporting something that changed, the most useful thing you can include is where you saw it — an official page, a notice at the station, a photo of the sign. That is what lets a correction be made quickly and honestly.

Not a booking desk or a visa agency.

Requests to arrange, book, or apply for anything on your behalf will not be answered — not because they are unreasonable, but because this site has no way to do them well. Nothing sent here is treated as immigration or legal advice in either direction.

Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card numbers or identity documents. Nothing about a correction requires them.

An email reaches an ordinary mailbox: we receive your address, your text and any attachment you include. Send only what the correction needs.

No response time is promised.

This is a small, single-editor site. Corrections that affect a traveller's decision are prioritised over everything else; general questions may not be answered at all.
